What You’ll Be Doing:
- Planning fun, developmentally appropriate activities for infants (6 weeks–18 months).
- Creating a safe, welcoming, and engaging classroom.
- Supporting feeding, nap, and play routines.
- Communicating with families about their child’s milestones and daily adventures.
- Mentoring assistant teachers and keeping everything running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
- CDA, Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education, or equivalent experience.
- Experience caring for infants in a licensed childcare setting.
- A heart for babies and a knack for building strong relationships with families.
- CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to become certified).
